Send us the details
Give us the debtor's information, the outstanding invoice(s), and a short outline of the situation — how the debt arose and any contact you've already had with the debtor.

Same-day acknowledgement
We review your case and get back to you the same day — confirming we can act, and requesting anything further we need to get started straight away.

We work your debt
Your case is pursued directly on your behalf — letters, calls and negotiation with the debtor, escalating firmly but professionally as needed.

Regular progress updates
You're never left wondering what's happening — we keep you informed of progress and any response from the debtor throughout.

Any debt, any age, disputed or not
Historic debts and disputed cases — including ones other agencies have already tried and failed on — are taken on at our standard commission rate, with no loading.

You get paid — then we invoice
Once the debt is recovered, funds come to you and we invoice our commission. If we don't collect, there's nothing to pay. No VAT is currently charged on our fees. Once the debt is collected, it's paid to you minus our commission — 15% on debts above £2,500.
